Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason and a refund will be issued.
To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.
Delivery
During the process of ordering products or items there will be a delivery charge according to the weight or volume of the ordered products or items and the delivery destination location.
Delivery will be made upon extra charge unless otherwise specified, to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request, our driver may carry your order to the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your kitchen but only if:
the driver has your permission and
our driver believes that it is safe and practical to do as you requested.
We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Please note that we deliver goods throughout Cyprus and to any country in the world.
All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Center to re-arrange delivery (see below for contact details).
In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

You can pay by any American Express, MasterCard or Visa, Discover & PayPal through the most secure payment system worldwide, PayPal. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order without providing any reasons to us, before the order is dispatched. In such a case you will get a full refund of your payment (if there was any).If the order is dispatched you still have the right to return the products to us and get a full refund (read return policy). You can cancel the order, add or remove items, even after order is placed, from your account profile (my orders).

Procedures
- In order to complete your purchases you only need to add the desired products to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to Cart" buttons for each product.
- The already selected items appear in your shopping basket. In the shopping basket you may change the quantities of any of the products, changing the numbers in the quantity next to each product, or remove the product totally, selecting "Remove Item". Each time click on the "Update Cart" to view the new basket status and subtotals.
- Proceed with your shopping or visit the store's checkout gateway to buy the selected items clicking "Check out".
- Members of the web store may just complete their credentials and proceed to the payment methods. Non members may create an member account clicking "Create account" to proceed further.
- Select a payment method for your purchase and click proceed. Each payment method has different steps as analysed below

- Pay on Delivery(currently non-available): You will be asked to complete the sending address. Fill in the details and click Proceed. You will be presented with your final order review. - Pay with Bank Transfer(currently non-available): You will be asked to complete the sending address. Fill in the details and click Proceed. You will be presented with your final order review. In case your order is not able to be shipped to the requested address you will be informed accordingly, else you will be able to see the final order details, tax analysis and shipping charges. At this point you can see the bank account number through which you may pay for your order through bank transfer.
