Shipping Policy

For all orders delivery is free of charge to your location in Cyprus. For all other International orders delivery is charged according to the weight and destination(but currently is standard to 20.00 Euro per order). Detailed information is presented at Delivery.

For orders outside Cyprus please contact us at info@cyprusphotomuseum.com to confirm that your requested items can be delivered to your destination.

• Delivery will be made to the address specified when you make the order.
• We aim to deliver your items to you within 3 working days. Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are complete within the said time, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are unable to deliver an item within the delivery time given.
• A signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorizing us to accept a signature from another person on your behalf if you are not present at the time of delivery. A signature is required for all orders.
• We do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
• Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
• Delivery is done through ACS or GAP AKIS EXPRESS(FedEx) or any other delivery system of our choice.
• We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.
• The user will indemnify A.G. ODYSSEOS PHOTO WORLD LTD against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.
• Whilst all reasonable endeavors have been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within this site, A.G. ODYSSEOS PHOTO WORLD LTD does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained herein. Further, A.G. ODYSSEOS PHOTO WORLD LTD or any other associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained within this website or any other site which the user may access through this website. Cancellation and Returns Policy

This applies to items purchased from this site only.

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel the order within 14 days after you placed the order, through our online system or via email, if you have already received the item you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you cancelled the order, unopened with any seals, packaging and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item. This means a visual inspection and not a product trial.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Please package the relevant item securely in at least the packaging it was received and send it to us with a copy of your invoice so that we receive it within fourteen working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

• Prices and manufacturers specifications are subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract.
• Claims for damaged goods must notify within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately.

• Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.
• The cardholders name and address and delivery address must be the same for the 1st order.
• We do not deliver to P.O.Box numbers.
• The company policy is to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving your order, however this can vary subject to availability of stock. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. A.G. ODYSSEOS PHOTO WORLD LTD cannot accept responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.
• Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order.
• Products containing software or operating system licenses can not be returned unless customer pays the cost of those licenses.
